Here’s my prediction: so the reason she doesn’t feel like she knows her husband is she doesn’t. She is actually a twin and never knew it and they got in the crash and Hannah was killed and she is the twin and survived. Now doesn’t know who she is. Possibly was coming to warn Hannah or find her.
