At halfway through the book, I’m a little baffled at the means by which Travis is willing to go to to get Lexy to do what he wants. He cares for her, but getting her drunk enough to let her guard down? Using her biggest fear against her and challenging her not to back down from it? I’m not sure I like where this is going.
