This is one of mine favorite books. It talks about musicians that I have never heard of before. This is enjoyable for anyone who wants to learn more about music.

The strong section was fascinating. I learned about the violin family double bass and instruments from other cultures. I also learned about reeds, valves, percussion sticks, and orchestra's.
