Everyone made it back to the castle safely. Ruby is bedridden due to the amount of injuries she sustained from being on fire. Grey watches over her, him as well stilling being badly burned. Frey is wondering if she should still rule the kingdom, because she believes she is weak.

Pitt was finally destroyed. Chevelle had to use dark magic to save Junnie and Veil risked his life to save Ruby. Ruby was pulled out of darkness and is kind of insane at the moment due to trauma. Frey is looking for the powerful dark magic sorcerer now, which will probably be the villain in the next book.

Ruby and Grey got stolen by Fey again reuniting with Chevelle in the hollow forest. Frey is learning more about Isa through Junnie, and is angry she kept this from her so long. Thea and Steed were poisoned and are rushing into battle at Camber.

Freya, Chevelle, and Junnie went to fey lands to hold congress over Pitt. Junnie told Veil he could kill Pitt, and when he was about to strike then entire kingdom of glass broke sending everyone free falling. Pitts men captured Chevelle sending Freya in a fit of rage.

Pitt is spell casted and Junnie has made a cell for him. Veil is angry that he can't hold him, but Chevelle casted it to where fey magic will not hurt him. Ruby is somewhat healed and Grey is angry at her for leaving. Thea and the rest of the guard are packing up waiting to go home.

They found Pitt and are planning on to bind him with dark magic. Veil wants him dead, but Junnie said he is a key part to restore magic to the land. She made a deal after they restore the land then Veil can kill him. Willa appeared out of nowhere and I wonder what bargain she is going to make now.

Freya is searching for another second choice since Chevelle and her are bonded. When she dies, or if he dies, the other will die of grief. Ruby and Willa are riding pegasus heading into forbidden land to find Pitt. They are still wondering if Pitt did in fact live or die.

Thea has three more things to collect for Ruby. Lianna showed up on light elf territory telling Steed Ruby went into Fey land for the search of Pitt. They don't have much time to get her. Thea was also informed that last item on her list is in human land, where no one likes to go.

Freya's guard is now becoming fully healed besides Grey who is covered in burns. Chevelle is running the castle while Freya is talking to other leaders. The animal trait favors certain animals that Steed picked up on. He is traveling to visit Isa.
