Ok first day I picked this up I couldn’t get past the first page; Erikson employs that post-Dickensian style where pertinent information regarding setting, syntax subject, and dialogue are placed at the very end of the sentence and I was too tired to tread those waters. Started again today and a blue-skinned woman has appeared and now I’m hooked.
