So, I’ve had this book for years and I’ve never actually finished it before but I am DETERMINED to now after feeling like I’ve hit a wall! I really want to lose 2 stone, I know I can do it as a serial yo-yo dieter over the years but this time round seems harder than ever being a recent graduate working full time living at home. I’m finding it useful and motivational so far and there are lots of useful tips
