Can’t do it. It’s too trashy and classless and the plot is slow and drawn-out, the book too long. Too much in the bad guy’s POV, his sex life, which is such a major turn-off. Sordid details of the hero’s sex life. I can’t take any more.

A 2nd time trying to read this and not making any progress. There are some interesting elements and the writing is good. The hero isn’t what I expected and not strong enough. Seems too trashy and has an element I loathe that better not ruin things.
