It’s a difficult book to work with if You use it for selfstudy. It’s way too advanced for an A1 learner as it’s all in French, no English explanations at all. On the other hand, it’s a pretty book with lots of illustrations and interesting information about France and French culture. You’ll be able to speak advanced French but not to have basic conversations.
