Couldn't finish it.

This is a book that I am struggling with greatly. It is poorly written, and terribly edited. The head-hopping is making me crazy, but what's making me insane are the epithets. The thane, the thrall, the slave. OMG. ARGH! These characters have names, so I am not sure why they aren't being used. I keep looking for extra people who have all of a sudden shown up. A good editor would have knocked that out right away.
