The only thing I disagree about in this book is how she called her bipolar the black beast. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say this that for many of us we never saw our black beast as a demon. For many of us our bipolar was just a part of us. We never separated it from us. My guess is she only sees it that way because of her Catholic upbringing.
