A very interesting read so far. As part of Sendcloud’s culture, we’re prompted to be very open and honest with each other. This book was actually sent to me by our founders and so far it’s a fascinating insight into the Netflix culture, the Sendcloud culture and, as still a newbie in the company, how to slot into this culture.
