Well, then. I'm honestly not sure I like this, but the author keeps doing some weird things that keep me reading.

So, admittedly, the MC irritates the heck out of me. And I couldn't care less about footballers. And I legit did not get the Robbie Williams reference. Yet...I keep reading. I need to know what happened!
