Love the title story, one of Otsuichi's most popular. The title comes from the (Oscar-nominated) theme song from Bagdad Cafe, a cult film among Japanese cinephiles, and the plot is like a Makoto Shinkai anime by way of the Korean romance flick Il Mare.
