On a technical level; this book is wrote very well. However, it is heavily soaked in the views of the author which are very upper class and very white. She also has done very little research on the cultures she is presenting. Im honestly kind of sad and feel she could improve a lot by doing more research

I'm enjoying it so far but Landa falls into the pitfall so many writers do of writing children as adults and not as children
