This is going to be an emotional sucker punch type of story. So much emotionally stuff going on already. It’s gonna lead to some wicked conflict. The fact that Aaron is jealous of his brother, Levi, on so many levels including his special friendship with Dani. Just how much he yearned to be in a special relationship with her when they were kids was just gut wrenching. He feels less worthy now with his injury.

Even though this isn’t romance heavy, though there’s romance in it, I am throughly enjoying the story. I really like the emotional storylines. I like the theme of healing from traumatic situations on both Dani and Aaron’s part. I like how they are dealing with them due to their relationship. I love all the animals. So cute. So sweet. So adorable. They just warm my heart so much. I’m so happy there.

Something just really drew me in from the back cover that I immediately had to pick it up. Even just starting, I’m already all in. I love that this is going to be a story about love and healing. I love that Aaron and Dani have history together and wanted each other in the past but never went there. I love that not only this is a human rehab, but animal as well. I see cute scenes with animals coming in the future.
