The book I read before featured Levi’s brother, Aaron. I had no idea that Levi even had a book. Heck, I didn’t realize that Ice and Levi were a thing. But as soon as I found this book thing I was immediately intrigued and knew I had to read it. I get that Levi and Ice were broken up, but I had hoped there would be more reconciliation and romance than all this suspenseful stuff. Not really interested in that.

I feel like the same thing is happening over and over again in a giant loop. Check the compound, they are invaded, someone injured then the aftermath of that. It just became very boring and tiresome. I found I didn’t care because it happened so many times. Every time Levi and Ice would have a moment, they would get interrupted, which was really annoying. Need more romance. There’s too much lack of. Not a fan.

Well, hopefully they are going to work on their stuff in the next chapter, but I fear that’s gonna be too easy and not a lot work shown of how they work through it. Yes, they love each other and want to be together, but there needs be some real conversations between them that are raw and honest and open. I just fear that’s not gonna happen and there’s just end up together, but I want to see the work done.
