Holy shxt! I’ve been waiting so long for this book. I can’t believe it. Whew! I can’t believe it came right on time when my appetite for reading is piqued again. Whewwww! Titus and the hummingbird! Shxt wow. Unexpected but sounds deviating beautiful. Titus had a short cameo in I think Archangel’s war where we def fell for him. And we love all things Illium, including his elusive and tortured mom. Wow...

I’m low key milking it but the 2/3 of this book has been engaging and darkly suspenseful. I feel like the horror and the action are well-formed. I think this is what War was supposed to feel like. We needed more boots on the ground action though. Like a FPS. Sun is like resident evil meets angels’ blood.
