Annie > Status Update

I might have to DNF this for now. It's not bad, I'm mostly enjoying it. The author tells a good story and I'm interested in the premise and all. My issues: the character's family is a conspiracy theory(very wealthy, influential members of a secret society 'protecting the world by being in power'). It's bogged down with enough theological discussion that I should get course credit. We're not in Egypt yet.
