So far I am really enjoying this, not so much because of her specifically, as you can tell it's a edited glossified version of of memoir in that nobody ever says these right things. But mostly it's made me think of how I feel and how I respond to situations and made me self-reflect. I would recommend it not so much to look at her as a guru or a whatever but to allow you to go "huh what am I doing and why?"
