Trigger Warning: One sided “sexual experience”

I absolutely loved book one when it first came out and was pleasantly surprised to find this book was released. However, I find myself struggling to finish. I’m not going to include any major spoilers but OMG, the constant weeping is so out of character for our heroine. It’s very hard to believe she is the same person from the first book!
