I really wasn't expecting the exercises, but they do make me think.

This is a really engaging book. After my alarm went off, I continued to read. Now I'm on Part III.

I've been wanting to start a bullet journal for the longest time, but truthfully I had been stuck on the more visual side. The pretty drawings and calligraphy. I like all those things and I do intend to incorporate them into my journal but I like what Carroll has to say about mindfulness and the social media age. There are so many different stimuli that it can be hard to just disconnect and focus.
