I’ve had LoD on my TBR list for years but due to the inconsistencies (both story-wise and the awful editing) over the previous 8 books, it’s just fallen by the wayside. I still love the overall story, it’s just that some books have been really weak in comparison to others and, tbh, most have been weaker than the first which is still brilliant.
