Yeah, on the second read, it seems much different. The dialog is pretty bad. Cartoonish and repetitive. Maybe it gets better. Or maybe it's just my frame of mind?

I LOVE Gavin. I love this book for so many reasons. There are some unique ideas used here which I will detail in a review. Both h & H are lovable and go through a change that makes them even more wonderful. Very sweet.
