How do you compare the other books in the series to the first one? I read #1 a couple months ago and thought the first 10-15% was ok but got much better when he brought Al and some of the other characters in. So hoping the rest of the series moves in that direction.

Don’t worry; the supporting cast sticks around for the whole series and even gets some new members. Al is my wife’s favourite character and she’s a book ahead of me, so I’m sure I’d hear anguished cries from her direction if they got rid of him!
Haha, ok good deal. I've got a couple more to wrap up then will start back.
