I can't even enjoy Im and Erra finger wagging at each other because HUGH AND ELARA ARE STILL THERE. WHY. Taking up words on the page. Being present. A reminder of sloppy writing. AUGH.

THEY'RE STILL TAKING UP MORE PAGES. I have less than 20% of this book left, Roland is back to being afk, and pages and words are being wasted on IA trying to redeem Hugh so readers will think that it's totes cool to root for him and his HEA.

i cannot believe she forgave him. nobody even went to therapy. are you kidding me. they couldn't even do a "i get it but i will always hate you so an uneasy truce is all you get". now they're ~damaged siblings~. sure. that totally tracks with their dynamic when they were in the black sea.
i let my bar get too high with kd.
