I would not be making progress on it were it not by audio, though there are some limits in keeping track of the therapeutic steps without the textbook in front of me.
Seems like a great introduction to EFFT, with clinical examples. Aligns well with attachment theory and Gordon Neufeld, but more systematic/steps oriented for actual clinic practice (less philosophical than Neufeld, more rigid).
