Got through the first story- Burning Beard by Rachel Pollack. The imagery is very nice and colorful; not a fan of the short clipped sentence structure though. The two just don't fit together. Also not a fan of the flippant use of God's holy name- not because it's offensive or anything, but religious Jews don't do that.
