I never picked this one up because nearly every review said she was TSTL. Is it better the second time around Scully?

Yup! I don't know why. Either I'm more tolerant with age or I expended my rage at her the first time LOL.

Now I still think she went a little nuts in marrying this guy so impulsively. But he was sweet - the kind of guy who seems kind and sweet at first and it's only after you live with him that you realize he's a passive aggressive a-hole. And she was rebelling in her own way, I don't think she would've stayed with him much longer even if the killings didn't happen (they were married for 4 months). As for being TSTL or just blind, I don't know. It's one thing to realize your hubby is a controlling twit, it's still a big leap from there to thinking he's a serial killer. I can't really blame her for not suspecting.
