I just want to live somewhere for a long time and build community and fight to make my place better. Globalization has contributed to the loss of a sense of place and belonging in so many people and I believe that drives inequality and degrades society and this book is giving me a lot of ideas and hope for digging in to a place and loving it so hard and making it better for all. Also good ideas on reclaiming cities!

I’m really enjoying this book! It has lots of good tips and resources and ideas for community organizing, projects, etc. You can tell it’s written by a white dude though
