Stunningly detailed chronological mapping of Marx's concept of surplus value applied to the economic totality on the one hand and particular capital formations on the other. Useful too as a field manual to the volumes of Capital and ToSV published after Marx' death; breaks stuff down in manageable bits. Favourite thing to read commuting or queuing.
