Still eating this up with a stick and a spoon. There's just something about the visceral ugliness of Stephen King's villains that I am really digging here.

I am amazed at how different this is from the TV show. Big Jim is like the only character that seems the same. Barbie is close, but the TV show completely changed his back story. I can't help but compare the two--book vs TV show. So far, I enjoy them both.

I think Junior Rennie is a bad egg. Big Jim is just trying to do right by his town, cut him some slack.
