This book is not nearly as cheesy as the cover art makes it look. The authors really could have used some guidance with the name of the book and the picture on the cover. Very poor marketing. So far, it's entertaining and I plan on reading the entire trilogy. An apocalyptic tale set in the modern world but with touches of magic. Just my type of book!
