Chapter 11 is about overcoming the present, evil world by faith in Christ. And here is something that stood out to me,"Overcome the world by patiently enduring all the persecution that falls to your lot. Do not get angry; and do not become downhearted. Jests break no bones; and if you had any broken bones for Christ's sake, it would be the most honoured bone in your whole body." Definitly my favorite chapter so far!

I read this in chapter 10 tonight and it really stuck with me. "Satan entices us to be worldly by attacking us at our weakest points. He desensitises our consciences by encouraging us to compare ourselves with ourselves rather than with the standards set for us by Scripture."
