Shirley Chapel Is this a book study?

Nicole Hi, Shirley!

No, it's not a study. It's a book that reads similar to a devotional. Everyday there is a story to read about a different waiting season that someone endured at a point in their life. I read about their struggles, how they grew in faith while they waited and how God eventually brought them out of those seasons, blessing them to see brighter days. I read about the miracles God performs during waiting seasons, and the victory we have in Jesus during and after faithfully waiting with Him.

These stories really tugged at my heart, because all of the waiting seasons are different. Everyone has or is experiencing a waiting season, so I would recommend this book to anyone. I believe readers will be able to relate to one or more of the stories, and if not, they'll be able to know that if God worked in such a powerful way in the lives of those people, then He can surely work that way for them if they surrender their all to Him, and let His will be done. Readers can learn how powerfully God works when they let go of their will, because God knows best. The book also shows how people stayed busy during their waiting seasons. Waiting doesn't mean sitting down and doing nothing. Everyone has to be active by doing things to build themselves and others up...and also give God praise and thanks during and after their waiting seasons. Every waiting season served a purpose. I was given many reminders and encouragement while reading this book! I really like this book, and will be re-reading it! You should get it and read it! I know this comment is long 😄
I just had to share how good this book is, because you asked. 😊

Thank you. It does should like a good devotional.

Nicole You're welcome! Yes, I've read several devotionals, and this is definitely one that stands out from the others I've read.
