Okay, now that the author and I are on the same page about boundaries....
(For the record, she was using boundary to mean a separate and distinct person. I was thinking of boundaries like consent/privacy/terms of interaction: “please don’t come in the bathroom while I am showering” or “please don’t discuss XYZ with so-and-so,” etc.)
