Still haven't got anywhere with this book.

This book is a bit ahrd to get into.

P. 4. Hve just begun the book, but so far it seems as if the content resembles that of the books in QE (Quantum Entrainment) which I am already working with. QE is about achieving a state of awareness without thought in which one feels more or less blissful and your bodu begins to heal. This book is about the power of present-moment awareness which perhaps takes you to the same state. Time will tell,
