This book is very similar to Csikszentmihalyi's Creativity except it's about innovations, so very business-oriented. The most interesting part so far is when I go #wtf #lol at Tom Osborn trying to redesign menstrual pads and how he describes the experience with words like "desire", "cherished gift", and "equivalent of sending her a love letter."
