I started reading this book while waiting in line. By the time I reached the second chapter I had to remind myself to slow down. Soak in the message meant for me. And wow, I never really looked at my weight as an issue worth praying over. Here there is a guiding prayer spoken as if written for me. I think I'm gonna like this one.
