QoD: "moral revenge must possess these four basic elements: (1) there must be a severe moral injury or act of wrongdoing, (2) the avenger... must have the authrotiy to seek vengeance and communicate to the wrongdoer why vengeance is being taken and on whose behalf justice is being delivered; (3) the wrongdoer must be deserving of punishment; and (4) the punishment must not be disproportionate to the original injury"
