I read all of part 1 and this book really isn't grabbing me the way it should. I'm going to set it aside for now and try again another time as I love the concept and I really enjoyed Alix E. Harrow's The Ten Thousand Doors of January.

Maybe it's right book wrong time and I don't want to force myself through another 400 pages if I have the opportunity to enjoy them later.
