This was a great story. Even the controlling hero. He was dominating but not too much, which worked for me. I think a solid 4 for this story from me. Gotta love next door neighbors, even cowboy style. The older brother's best friend is alway a plus. It already shows that older brother will probably approve, in the long run. All will end well for everyone in the end, eventually.

Yes this story pulled it together to get a 4-4.5 out of me. I guess I like suspense a little more than I thought. Also having Mac being ex-military just added to the equation greatly!! Being hurt & still going strong just makes it a little more interesting, sometimes.

Story 2 just didn't have what it takes to be a 4/5 to me. Don't get me wrong it was great just more of a 3.5 than worthy of my high marks. I feel like Brand & Lyssa's story was more appealing to me than Danny & Maggie's. Now let's see what happens with Lyssa's brother & Brand's BF Mac. Let's hope his story rates up there with Brand's & no lower than Danny's.
