I love how the book opens up right into the heart of the story. A man wakes up to find himself next to his grandmother who was murdered, but he remembers nothing before that traumatic event about himself or even the murder.Maybe he did it, but no one knows, and he sets out to find out....very nice intro!!!

I thought the book was good. I like how the writing style isnt outdated considering the author was born in 1906 and died in 1972. The writing is timeless and it was short and sweet.
