I don't know that there is hype. I think some people hyped themselves up. The book is well written and psychologically accurate. But everyone has their own tastes :)

I wish it would rain - people call me weird because I love rain. Deal with it, assholes - but there's just this depressing grey atmosphere with no wind and no rain, just cold. Ugh.
