I'm with Jett here, Cat. This plan was truly ridiculous.

"The world is wrong, and the stars make no sense."

This whole time travel stuff is really confusing but I'm hooked!

Only a few pages into the novel and the narrator has used the phrase "gentle reader" so many times that it kinda irks me.

“Does eternity have an end, or does it go on forever? I do not know. Moreover, it occurs to me that true immortality is something that cannot be proven. Who but another immortal could be around to verify it? Philosophy aside, however, proof or not, I know that it is true.”
