I suppose this is what I get for picking up a book series solely because the main character has my name.
As with the first book, there are way too many characters to keep track of, too many different plots that are dragged on for too long and settings that take way too long to describe.
However, in this 2nd book, I could not detect any of the charm that actually made the first one decent and somewhat worth reading.
