Pretty fun, but lost steam around 60%. The romance wasn’t believable—the development of such a deep connection was too quick—and the conflict of why they couldn’t be together was lame (feelz R hard!!!! *wrings hands*). The ‘mystery’ was predictable from 25% in, even for this dense reader. The chase was what kept it fun. When they hooked up, I was already skimming.
