Very tell don’t show this one. I’m a quarter of the way in and most of the time has been spent reading internal character narration explaining everything that happened in the year or so before the start of the book. Also a lot of ‘As you know, blah blah blah’ expositional conversations between characters. It feels like all the interesting stuff happened between books and I missed it.
