I like the cart the reccomendations!

I feel that some of thsi book (only 5 years old) is out of date. It is odd to reccomend you do not have internal search on your site. I know internal search maynot have been as good 5 years ago, but many are much better and it is a rich source of data!

I think this book would be great if I were just starting a website. There is lots of great advice here, but the book is aimed at building a website to get the best results. There are some things we can take away for an established website, but not as much as I would have liked.
