Okay, I got halfway through, and I’m gonna be honest: I’m disappointed. It is a slog to get through. And I don’t know if it’s the book itself, or the way it has been translated, or if it’s my own immaturity. Perhaps it’s just way over my head, spiritually. I’m having a hard time fully getting into her headspace. There were definitely some good lines in there, but for now, I’m putting it down.
