I’m rah-rah for this topic—body positivity—and I’m glad this author addresses the demeaning, shaming, and superficial culture of youth and ‘beauty’ over health and self-love/self-actualization, but I cannot recommend this book. It’s repetitive, subtle as a soapbox preacher, and assumes the reader is an idiot who need everything explained in simple sentences.
